There is no worst place; there is only worse place~

The title is translated from a Chinese sentence (by me). That is my conclusion after my moving to the new department. The managers of the new department is not so authoritative that almost no employee listening to them. Furthermore, their professions are very weak and they usually under-predict the time required for a work.

Not only the managers have problems, but also the employees do! Two PMs don't see eye to eye with each other and try to insult each other when they have chances; there is a freshman not major in CS and doesn't know how to program (maybe that's the problem of the managers... why they chose an employee major in Communication?? We don't produce ANY CELL PHONE!); others try to push out the responsibility to one another and finally no one want to do the work.

Now it's more funny! I am writing the system versioned 2.0 but the system 1.0 is still under construction! The stupid managers even develop new services and softwares with the old system. So... what the hell am I doing!? I am like a stupid pig played by others.

OK. Fine. I develop this system not for you but for myself. I have reviewed the technologies required in this system and learn about how to design a system with tools. I don't expect your admiration (because there is no money for me too) and I will definitely leave this fucking triple letters company without any regret!

I won't be beaten by the environment! This place oppositely trigger me to do what I have planned. I am going to learn as much as I can from the only experienced employee in this department.
